Hi, I’m Brittani Lanier, the owner and baker behind Whisk and Sugar Hattiesburg. Creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. From painting to architecture, I’ve explored many artistic outlets, but baking has been my true passion since I was young.
I studied architecture at the University of Southern Mississippi and have worked in the field for years, but the love of baking never left me. Now, I’ve combined my creative background with my passion for pastry to bring beautifully crafted and delicious treats to the Hattiesburg community.
At Whisk and Sugar, every cake and dessert is made with care, attention to detail, and, most importantly, love. I believe that every special moment deserves a treat just as unique as the occasion itself.
